Services providers are people with various skills who have signed-up in our website or mobile app and willing to provide a service near their location and will get rated by the clients. ICanHelpN team will also validate their qualifications, and certifications (for some cases as per their request). The IDs verification or background check is also optional to be requested by the services provider and will be flagged in our system as (Verified) after verification. Certifications attached by providers will be verified by ICanHelpN team and the person will be flagged as (Certified) once confirmed they are authentic and valid. So technically, we will provide the convenient environment to link clients (requestors) with qualified services providers or volunteers depending on their location and availability, ICanHelpN will do some due diligence on them when possible, but we hold NO responsibility or liability for the service or the information provided by them.
